I visited the Chambers Dealership on Monday and met Wael Hamwi a salesperson. He didn't rush into a sale pitch but tried to identify the vehicle I needed. I indicated I was interested in QX60. We went over the vehicle with all options. I was comfortable with the vehicle and told him the price range I could afford. I then met John Catlin who was able to meet my needed price. They gave me time to think it over. I then called later in the week and indicated I was ready to purchase. The "no-pressure" experience is a credit to the Herb Chamber Infinity of Westborough. Best experience buying a new vehicle ever!!! Goodbye to the minivan era! My husband and three children (10, 9, & 5 yr old) showed up at 5pm on a Saturday evening, 2 hours 15 minutes later we Goodbye to the minivan era!
