Just purchased a new 2024 Infiniti QX50 from the folks at Herb Chambers Infinity. I have to say that I generally avoid new car dealerships, but we stopped in on a whim on a Saturday with the assumption that Herb Chambers Infinity. I have to say that I generally avoid new car dealerships, but we stopped in on a whim on a Saturday with the assumption that the Infiniti lineup was out of reach for us. We were greeted by the General Manager, Rocco O'Brien, who told us to look around and if we wanted, he would introduce us to a salesperson to answer any questions we might have. We ended up talking with Lauds and Andy from sales about what type of vehicle we were searching for. Both Lauds and Andy were super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, offered zero pressure to buy. We were surprised to learn that we could possibly get into a QX50 for roughly the same price point as the other, non-luxury brands, we had been looking at. Over the next 7-10 days of countless questions from us, a test drive or two, and late-night emails back and forth we locked in on the QX50. Lauds and Andy answered every one of our questions. Replied to our emails, even when not working, and put absolutely zero pressure throughout our experience. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership, from the reception desk to the General Manager, was fantastic and not a single employee gave us a pitch or tried to sell us something above our budget. We are thoroughly satisfied with our experience at Herb Chamber Infinity of Westborough, and we are happy we made the choice to at least stop in for a look. Love the value of the vehicle we purchased when compared to what we had been looking at in that price point. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would recommend Lauds and Andy to friends, family or anyone looking to purchase and Infiniti. More
After going to other Infiniti dealers and getting treated poorly, I then came to herb chambers Infiniti and met Sami. Sami took great care of me he was honest, fair, quick, and got me the deal that I was loo poorly, I then came to herb chambers Infiniti and met Sami. The service department lost my wife’s keys, and it took them 15 minutes to find them. Your service representative had no clue who had them. Before this happened we were very happy with the service.
