Nothing short of amazing...took my daughter's Santa Fe for its first scheduled maintenance..had a 8:45am appt got there at 7:45, they took me right in and with a wash and vacuum the car was done at 8:40! for its first scheduled maintenance..had a 8:45am appt got there at 7:45, they took me right in and with a wash and vacuum the car was done at 8:40! Service I recently brought my vehicle into Herb Chambers of Auburn. Before this I was pretty much at the point where I was done with Hyundai vehicles. Then I I recently brought my vehicle into Herb Chambers of Auburn. Before this I was pretty much at the point where I was done with Hyundai vehicles. Then I dealt with Matt in the service center. He went above and beyond to help me with my situation. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere. It was incredible and unheard of the lengths he went to provide excellent customer service. Because of this experience I will not only continue to purchase Huyndai vehicles but will be a loyal customer at the Herb Chambers of Auburn location. I will also encourage all my friends and family to purchase Hyundai vehicles at this location. Thank you Matt for showing me what it's like to be a customer that matters. More

Poor Service Department Took car in because needed transmission checked - after 4 hours waiting told it was bad and would need to be replaced. Gave Anthony my service rep the Warranty Information. It took 2 days for them to work with warranty people to confirm the mileage was under 113,000 (actual about 76,000). On Thursday ordered the transmission. Called Monday at 9am and was told the transmission was there and would take about a day to replace. Called Tuesday after noon (1.5 days later) and was told not today but tomorrow. Called today and was told now it would be Friday - how a 9 hour job turned into 40 no one can say. Rental car was only covered for 6 days - so there is 4 days that now come out of my pocket for no good reason. More

Was screwed on warranty I took my 2016 Hyundai Veloster for an oil change and to check the paint coming off on the driver side bottom I was checked in and I told the service I took my 2016 Hyundai Veloster for an oil change and to check the paint coming off on the driver side bottom I was checked in and I told the service guy about the paint he went out to look at it he dismissed me like oh that's not covered it's from me getting in and out of the car then he said oh it's from road debrie and he said oh that's not covered he didn't even give me time to explain nothing the car only has 2600 miles on it I bought it in August of last year I don't drive it much so it's no way it's from me getting in and out of the car and it's not from road debrie I didn't make a seen about it I was like that's ok this will be the last time my car comes here so then I wait and wait I mean how long does it take for an oil change but that's not a big deal then they come and get me to tell me it's done I said ok so he tells me the cost and I said oh I have a coupon that I got in the mail and he got an attitude like he didn't wanna take it or deal with it so he took it the bottom line is the service department is very rude and they just dismiss your concerns they come up with excuses not to cover things that should be under warranty They will never get business from me again and I will never recommend them to anyone More

Terrible Customer Service I called to schedule my car for service. An employee gave me a specific time. I arrived at the dealership and they informed me they could not keep my I called to schedule my car for service. An employee gave me a specific time. I arrived at the dealership and they informed me they could not keep my scheduled appointment. Rescheduled my appointment for my car to be detailed the next Saturday morning. They would not give me a time frame and claimed that today they did not have valet. They expected me to wait 8 hours at the dealership. They were very unpleasant and staff not properly trained. They are inconsiderate of their customers. General manager never on site and never responded to my complaint. They never even serviced my car. More
