I took my Santa Fe in on Thursday 12/30/21 for an oil leak spoke with Matt Duszak. He said to drop it off Monday, use the night drop, he would have it looked at Monday or Tuesday. He hadn’t call or returned a call so I went in on Thursday only to find out Matt left on Friday and had made unreal promises. I spoke with Jimmy (James Eisner) he said that Matt had over booked with unreal promises and there was no way he could get my car looked at even Friday. Jimmy said he would have it looked at the first of the week. I received a text about noon on that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Jimmy told me the Technician found two gaskets on the oil filter causing the leak. The last oil change was done ELSEWHERE. They replaced the oil filter, changed the oil, confirmed the seal was working as designed PLUS washed the car. When i went to pay for all this service Jimmy said there was no charge. More
