I own a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and was having problems that started awhile ago when I called Hyundai in Auburn and spoke with Joshua about what was happening I was told to bring the car in to be checked after started awhile ago when I called Hyundai in Auburn and spoke with Joshua about what was happening I was told to bring the car in to be checked after many diagnostic checking the cars engine had to be replaced and still wasn’t complete also showed catalytic converter with the Help of Josh submitting all the paperwork the car is all fixed and 🤞running beautiful . Thank you Joshua and Hyundai I’m very satisfied. My only disappointment was they did not have a loner car for me so I had to rent a vehicle which I am submitting a claim for reimbursement . More

Infortunately I purchased my new Hyundai Santa Fe at a different dealership.that was very unresponsive and lax. I decided to check out Herb Chambers Auburn dealership and so happy I changed. They found a problem with the rear hatch back door opening mechanism, ordered the replacement part ( all under warranty) and have scheduled the replacement service!
