Service was sub-par. Didn't do what was scheduled. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done but put in half a quart of oil to much. Had to go back to get what I paid for. Plus take out extra oil. Also was suppose to call when ready but I had to call after four hours to find out if vehicle was done. More
Service provider recommended new front and back brake pads and rotors. When another mechanic took off the front pads, they looked exactly like the new ones. Not worn at all. The rear pads had some , but could go at least one more year. It’s a money scam!!! Their repair work was estimated at over $1,600! Two reputable garages gave estimates of $750-$800 for all Herb Chamber’s recommended work. You do not replace totally unworn brake pads. This is what I call thievery at its best. No services other than an oil change should be done at that dealership. They have lost a client who has bought their cars there for over 30 years. More
