My salesman Steve was excellent and treated like a special person. He was not pushy and explained how all the things in my suv worked. The staff are always courteous and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable which makes it easy to work or just wait, especially because we live over 30 miles away. Service was sub-par. Didn't do what was scheduled. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done but put in half a quart of oil to much. Had to go back to get what I paid for. Plus take out extra oil. Also was suppose to call when ready but I had to call after four hours to find out if vehicle was done. More
