I booked a Sat. Oil change and waited, as I didn’t want to inconvenience my Wife. On arrival I was warned that the wait could be long, but I walked next door to Dun Oil change and waited, as I didn’t want to inconvenience my Wife. On arrival I was warned that the wait could be long, but I walked next door to Dunkin’s. Had breakfast. Watched a few videos and was done in about 90 minted total. Everyone was very nice. I made an inquiry at the parts desk that was challenging and the guy made every effort to find the part. All in all what I expect from a Herb Chambers run shop. More

Super excellent service on my ole' Hyundai. Easy, great communication, and service completed right on time. Only lousy thing is the service department is booked out 3 weeks in advance, so it's Easy, great communication, and service completed right on time.
