Offered the dealership the opportunity to match the price on a like vehicle (same trim and drive system) without the dealer installed options, but they wouldn't do so. This was a straightforward deal, with no variation on trade in or financing required and immediate purchase planned. While Steve, the internet manager was pleasant enough on the phone, the lack of timely and honest response led to the negative rating on friendliness. I was given a free ride (pick up and drop) for about 40 miles (one way) for test-drive and paperwork. They offered the best price in MA and RI area and offered all possible rebates. They explain all the required details about purchasing a car in best possible way. Hyundai Financing also offered good monthly API rates for me. Overall, their customer service and friendliness was really commendable. Honestly, I had an excellent experience with this dealership, buying a Hyundai Elantra, especially with Marty (sales consultant).
