This is the best dealership I have ever seen in New York, Rhode Island and MA area. Firstly, their friendly approach towards customers is commendable. I was given a free ride (pick up and drop) for about 40 Rhode Island and MA area. Firstly, their friendly approach towards customers is commendable. I was given a free ride (pick up and drop) for about 40 miles (one way) for test-drive and paperwork. They offered the best price in MA and RI area and offered all possible rebates. They explain all the required details about purchasing a car in best possible way. Hyundai Financing also offered good monthly API rates for me. Overall, their customer service and friendliness was really commendable. Honestly, I had an excellent experience with this dealership, buying a Hyundai Elantra, especially with Marty (sales consultant). I am very happy with the way they treat their customers after the sale. I would strongly recommend this dealership for Hyundai cars. I look forward to continued business. More

I just visited this dealership for finding a used car and was amazed at the varities of cars they have in different price ranges. The salespersons were very friendly and understanding and have allowed me to perform a third party check up (pre-buyers check) for my satisfaction. Sales manager Ira, considering we are fresh graduates and starting new jobs was kind enough to gift us a huge discount from the internet pricing. Overall a great experience!!! More

I was trying to locate a 2009 Hyundai Sonata for my wife. We wanted to be able to take advantage of the 3000 rebate. A dealer in Rhode Island refused to budge on the MSRP. After we lost out on the Rhode Isla We wanted to be able to take advantage of the 3000 rebate. A dealer in Rhode Island refused to budge on the MSRP. After we lost out on the Rhode Island sale, I could not find a car in the color my wife wanted. I spoke on the phone with Kara Mitchell and she checked their inventory and they did not have one either. She told me that if I wanted, she would try to locate a car for us. Ten minutes later she called me back and said that she had located a car for us. It had all the options we wanted and I was quoted an excellent price. Two days later we drove up to Auburn and test drove the car with Roberto Contreras. When we returned to the showroom, we struck up a deal on the car. Roberto was very polite and did not try to pressure us in any way on our decision. The dealership handled registering the car for us which includes a few extra steps when you purchase out of state. They did everything to make the the purchase as easy as possible for us. We appreciate that. We test drove the car in the rain. When we picked the car up, it was spotless inside and out and it had a full tank of gas. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good deal on a Hyundai model. Thanks Kara & Roberto !
