I was graduating from college and decided to look at the Sonatas. Lance was my salesman and he was great! Wonderful Experience from the minute I was walked into the showroom Saturday with salesman Marty Reardon. I explained that I was interested in a 2010 Elantra but was also going to look at civics. He gave me a seat and asked me questions to find out exactly what I was looking for in a car and what options were important to me. One of the important options I was looking for was a remote starter for my new car. I had thought that I would have to go to Honda to get this on a civic, their web site shows the option for $595. + installation charge. I also know the civic is more costly than the Elantra. Well Marty told me that he could have a remote starter installed @ no cost! Wow, that was a really an important point for me so I was ready to seriously look at the Elantras. This dealership had a wonderful selection and that nice light grey is a great color. Marty took the time to show me everything about the Elantra GLS, inside and out. He offered me test drive and I absolutely loved the car. The upgrades since the 2006 model are very impressive. Back at the office I was worried about the price but Marty discussed my current car, 2006 Elantra, and the trade-in offer was great. When he added the rebate it was fabulous! The car I had test driven was put into the back of the lot & I indicated I wished I had taken a picture of it. Marty was so great, he had someone bring it back up so I could take a few pictures of it. Very Cool Marty! After all of this, of course I had to have my Elantra and the heck with Honda. My car was ready in less than 2 days, remote starter and all. Marty took the time to again show me all of the options. He even set up oldie stations on the XM satalite radio and my existing stations on AM/FM. Whoo Hoo. I have just driven it home and keep looking out the window at it. I have a great looking, reliable, xm radio playing, ipod playing, efficient, very nice blue backlight illuminated, remote starting ELANTRA! Thanks Marty! I was looking for a used SUV that would get relatively good gas mileage. After doing several searches I found the vehicle I was looking for on Herb Chamber's website. The salesman that I worked with went out of his way to get the vehicle from another Herb Chambers location in Mass, and had the vehicle at his dealership when I arrived. The vehicle was immaculate, and Lance was great. I took the vehicle out for a test drive while he was was working with another customer. When I got back he got my paperwork processed, worked with me at getting a good trade price for my old SUV, and I left with my new (used) vehicle that same day.
