This is my second purchase of a new Hyundai from Herb Chambers and the second with Marty Reardon. I was so satisfied with the experience with Marty that I asked for him this time. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this guy is no doubt the best sales person I have ever worked with. He takes all your concerns to heart and makes you feel that he really cares and that he wants you to be very happy with your purchase. I told him exactly what I wanted after searching the internet. He found the correct car even to the correct color..He did not try to sell me something close to but found exactly what I wanted. My wife and I appreciate those cards in the mail and occasional calls checking to see everything is ok with us and the car..This just didnt happen once but through out the 4 years I had the other car. I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe from Herb Chambers. It was the first time I had dealt with the dealership. I had a problem shortly afterward that needed correcting and the dealership took care of it immediately, telling me time and again that they wanted me to be happy, that customer service was their first priority, and that their business and reputation was built on positive relationships. Now I believe it. It's easy to have a good experience when everything goes well. It's harder to do that when there an issue that arises. Herb Chambers did what it said it would do. I would recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking, not only for a new car, but for a relationship with a car dealer. The people, the prices, and the service are real, and the satisfaction is, too (I'm a happy customer if you haven't figured that out yet). Thanks Rusty and Dan for your excellent customer service and for representing Herb Chambers so well. Now it's time to enjoy the Santa Fe -- and I am! More
I have had the most amazing experience with all three people here. I was quoted a price by Kelsey that I thought was too good to be true. So I took the quote and went down the street to Herb Connelly who people here. I was quoted a price by Kelsey that I thought was too good to be true. So I took the quote and went down the street to Herb Connelly who promised they would honor it and told me it was impossible that Herb Chambers would honor it. They all laughed at me and called me to innocent about cars to know that I did not read the fine print. I called Kelsey again who promised they were honest. When I got down to Herb Chambers- way out of the way for me but worth every mile to travel they were so nice and honored everything AND more!!! They did not look after anything but ME. This is why I will now sending my family to these three wonderful people who are the ONLY honest car dealers. I am SO pleased! Can you imagine the DELIGHT I had when I called Eric manager at Herb Connelly who told me that I was being swindled when I told him that I got everything I was promised! Can't wait to driver by him and toot the horn. This is my 2nd Hyundai. When all my Japanese car honors laughed at me- where are their cars now? Mine gave me 10 years of great service. I highly recommend buying here. I even sent my ex husband here to buy a car! How's that! More
The salesman caused me an inconvenience with the registration transfer process. He forgot to have me sign the RMV form and I also had to leave work suddenly to correct this problem. We purchased our 2011 Santa Fe back in December 2010 for my wife. The reason I'm adding this note is because I was really blown away by the treatment we received this past week. We had a remote starter in my wife. The reason I'm adding this note is because I was really blown away by the treatment we received this past week. We had a remote starter installed and it was not working properly. Because we live about an hour away, I called a dealer closer to me. They said I'd have to call the original dealer because it was an aftermarket install. The issue was my wife's father had just passed away and this was really not a good time, yet it was affecting the car's ability to start consistently. When I explained the situation to Roberto Contreras, our sales person, he said "no problem, let me arrange for a loaner, and I'LL DRIVE THE CAR TO YOUR TOWN"! He did just that, as well as dropping it off the next day, when it was fixed. This is not a B.S. story, just amazing customer service. I just wanted folks to know that there are places where the customer is treated above and beyond and for me this is one of them. Rob Noller More

My husband and I went to Herb Chambers Hyundai to buy a USED car for our 17 year old daughter. Roberto was very patient and let us test drive several different cars as we were very indecisive because were not intending to buy a new car. Our only condition for buying a car was NO BLACK!! We sat down with Roberto and were able to negotiate a great price. Ira provided us with a great trade for our "teen used car". Matt provided great financing at 0.9% for 36 months. We could not walk away from this deal. Roberto was able to take care of all of the insurance over the phone as well as transferring the plate so we did not need to go to the RMV. The entire transaction from start to finish was less than 24 hours. We were so happy to be diving away in our 2011 BLACK Sonata!! We couldn't resist the sharp, sleek look! His personable nature and knowledge of the Sonata made the process of going through the sales end of the transaction painless and stress free. He worked with me for over 3 hours to ensure the vehicle I wanted was the perfect fit and he was able to stay within my budget. Corey should be commended for his salesmanship. He was attentive from the beginning right through the end when I picked up my car the following weekend. His follow-up calls were greatly appreciated. He even took the time to show me the different options on the dashboard and even uploaded my phone numbers into the navigation system. That was really cool! Corey gets an A+. Thank you, Corey for everything. I am enjoying my Sonata and everyone says the car looks fantastic. I would also like to acknowledge, Matthew Newhouse, the finance director. His superb and professional attitude was outstanding. He provided full details and explained all the options I had to ensure my monthly payments would be manageable. Got an E-Mail indicating that Herb Chambers Hyundai could sell me a Genesis Coupe for an acceptable price. Made an appt. to visit the dealer, went down there, & they didn't even HAVE the car. The whole visit was a great waste of everybody's time, & I think this is a pretty lousy business model. To top it off, they're still sending me E-Mails on "Why I should Buy from Herb Chambers". Nice.
