He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very thorough. No games. Just listened to my needs and delivered. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I arrived, the vehicle was not in inventory, and I bought another less-desirable vehicle. I was also charged an unexpected $289 document processing fee. More

The experience was great from start to finish. We had called ahead to make sure the advertised car we wanted was on the lot and they held it for us until we arrived.
