I did do some research but not a lot and I felt like I needed to see the car in person which I did not want to do because I knew that I would be bombarded with sales people looking to make a dollar. When ever Lance Brunell came out it was simply "Welcome to Herb Chambers Hyundai, I just came out to answer any questions you might have." To make a long story short, all my questions that weren't answered online were answered and I now have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Thank you Herb Chambers Hyundai but most importantly thank you Lance. I recently stopped by Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn to test drive new Hyundai's. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Kyle was about every car I test drove. He didn't make me feel pressured to bu test drive new Hyundai's. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Kyle was about every car I test drove. He didn't make me feel pressured to buy, like I have felt at other dealerships. However, he helped me find the car I wanted and made purchasing a new vehicle painless and hassle free. I have recommended Herb Chambers Hyundai to everyone I've seen driving an older car! They made the entire experience of purchasing a new vehicle quite enjoyable! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 1) I called to make sure that the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 1) I called to make sure that the exact vehicle(color, make, model, year) I wanted was in stock so I didn't waste my time gett WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 1) I called to make sure that the exact vehicle(color, make, model, year) I wanted was in stock so I didn't waste my time getting out of work early and driving 20 miles out of the way. The woman on the phone said it was there, well, I get there and they don't have my color. I was roped into going there. 2) The dealer pulled the car out for me to test drive...I know that this was a base 2012 Accent with no package and the MSRP should be $13,300. I looked at the sticker and it said exactly that, then there was this mysterious strip of paper next to it that said $15,000?!?! 3) After the test drive, I told him that I was not interested in that color, but he kept trying to sell me that car. 4) He sat my wife and I down and tried to negotiate with us starting at $15,000 (he still would not tell us where the extra $1,700 came from). 5) We told him that we were not interested in that color and we didn’t want to play games, but he just kept pushing a pen at us to have us write a number down. 6) He came up with monthly payments for 60 and 72 mos (based on the 15,000)….I asked him the APR that was used to calculate it out was, he said he wasn’t sure, and it was based on an average that their bank has been giving out lately. I got home and calculated out that it was 18.9% APR! Our credit score is 720, your bank is giving out 18.9% for good credit? I warned him that I had done my homework and I didn’t want to mess around….I was serious! This will probably fall on deaf ears, but I just wanted to try to let someone know that the Hyundai dealership in Auburn is upping the MSRP and trying to get people in there under false pretenses. This dealership was by far the best I have ever experienced. I was greeted immediately outside by a nice looking sales rep with a friendly smile. Instead of pushing me to look at vehicles I was not interested in he sat with me, took his time to find out what I wanted by asking many questions and listening. I have had prior experience at other dealerships where thy dont listen and dont care. He even got me a coffee and while he was getting that another friendly sales person made conversation with me. I will eventually purchase from Herb Chambers Hyundai because I feel comfortable in that dealership due to the kind and honest people that work there. Shopping for cars is usually a huge pain in the ....however at Hyundai they made it seem painless. When I explained that I did not have the money to buy that day he was still polite. When I get my funds together I will go back there. More
I had a good experience at this dealership. Not use to being treated like an actual human at a car dealership. The salesman was new but informative and the sales manager I was introduced to, was also ver being treated like an actual human at a car dealership. I would of purchased but unfortunatley my credit was sub=par. I will definatley refer to Herb chambers in the future. More
While walking the lot Ray approached my daughter and I, introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Ray was extremely knowledgeable of the product and continually offered options at every road block. He was very pleasant and did not pressure us at any time during the transaction. Not being pressured was key to our consumating a deal at this dealership. Ray had said throughout the process that he was in our corner and we felt that way til the end. He is still working for us at the time of this review to find our car. Thank you Ray for making the experience of buying a car pleasureable and not stressful. We will be back! More

I was interested in looking at a new car. I didn't want to be followed or feel pressured while I decided what car I would like to buy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai inventory and took great care in listening and making sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I love my new car and was very pleased with my experience. I plan to make additional purchases with Ray in the near future with my children. More
I just want to say that this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought off of Marty Readon and he is the best. I have always been treated like a queen when I go in there. I leased a 2007 Tuscon and then bought it and now I have just leased an 2011 Tuscon and plan on buying that one when the lease is up. I am not afraid to sign my name to this because I feel that Marty and Ira should get some recognition for their hard work.
