My two experiences were phenomenal. I purchased a Hyundai Tuscon (with approx. 12,000 miles on it) for a price that I could afford. Then, the vehicle was cleaned in and out. I had a question about the last oil change, so they changed the oil. Got my registration and sticker exactly when promised. I love this dealership! Corey was more help that I could ever have imagined. He worked with me (and my borderline obnoxious husband) to get me a great deal on a great vehicle. Ira worked his magic with the numbers and I am very grateful for his knowledge. I love the Tuscon - my first SUV (crossover). Lisa was magnificent - she truly knows her stuff and knows how to make you feel like you matter. She got my vehicle ready in no time and explained everything in language that I could understand, not condescending, just plain English. With Daniel's help, I decided that the 2012 Elantra was the car for me. He taught me everything about the car with extreme patience, I can tell he genuinely likes his job and cares for his customers. He never rushed me into making a decision, and made sure I got the car in the exact color I wanted. He made everything happen quickly and smoothly for me. I purchased the car on a Thursday afternoon but because of the holiday on that Monday my title did not arrive until Tuesday 2:30pm. By 2:45pm Dan had already called me and I was on my way to the dealership. By 4:00pm I was driving off the lot in my new car. He also kept his word when he promised he would throw in floor mats at no additional charge, I even got my first oil change free. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from all of the employees at Herb Chambers Hyundai, I could not have asked for any better. I will definitely return for future car purchases and will recommend this dealership to my family and friends! Thanks a lot for the great service guys! More
