Jeff Allen was the most pleasant, fun, friendly, informative, helpful, salesman, with one of the best attitudes I have yet to encounter, at a car dealership. I had previously purchased an '09 Hy informative, helpful, salesman, with one of the best attitudes I have yet to encounter, at a car dealership. I had previously purchased an '09 Hyundai Accent from this same dealership in 2009. I was there, now, to trade that car in, as I had my heart set on the 2011 Genesis Coupe 2.0T. On arrival I was approached and met with a warm welcome from J. Allen, with a big smile and a friendly, "I'm here, for you", attitude. Once I made him aware of my circumstances, Jeff immediately knew the car wasn't available on the lot, and promptly attempted to locate one for allocation purposes. Jeff, within, minutes happily informed me there was a black version of the car I was interested in, and once I informed him that that was what I was interested in, the car was picked up from Boston, and I drove ecstatically off the lot with my new, leased (ensured lower monthly payments) beautiful black 2011 Hyundai Genesis 2.0T within a week's time; exciting! Jeff helped me find my car, integrated my trade in value, easily, threw some prices back and forth and made me feel comfortable about finding ME the best price given other competing prices, which was unexpected and a wonderful experience, as a result. Furthermore, I felt taken care of, and from test driving cars, picking up the car and learning the car's functions w/ Jeff, to switching loans and insurance, it was as easy as taking a breathe, as I barely had to do a thing. On a strict 1-5, friendliness, work ethic and quality, Customer service, scale, Jeff Allen is a 6, Easily, if not higher; a lot of fun, knowledgeable and informative, helpful, made seemingly effortless and seamless transitions, honest, down to earth, very fun, enjoyable, accommodating, attentive, great listener, exceeds work expectations, consistently, in each area of service. If I buy or lease another car, Jeff's my man. Overall, my experience was phenomenal. I wouldn't recommend another dealership, unless it's Herb Chambers. More

Just bought a new Elantra from Herb Chambers a couple of weeks ago. We'd been doing the research and leg-work to get a good price on this very popular car (great mileage, good looking re-design, and great weeks ago. We'd been calling and visiting dealers (both Hyundai and other) and as a first time new car buyer, I was pretty appalled by how my husband and I were treated in a number of dealerships in NH and MA. Not the case with Herb Chambers. We worked with Kyle on the floor. He was great. He's a new dealer, but was laid back (without being lazy), no obnoxious hard sell, he answered all of our questions, and most importantly, if he didn't know the answer, he'd go find out the answer from someone who DID know, instead of making something up. I think the sales manager was named Gene, but he was great as well. Gave us clear answers on all the questions we asked, and explained everything in patient detail. Same with the Finance manager (unfortunately I can't remember his name at the moment). Minus a fraction of a star for a few cleverly worded emails from the internet sales department that got us into the dealership with a low quote for a car that they didn't have in stock, but Gene honored the quoted savings and took that off the price of the car they did have in stock. Short answer: we're really happy with the deal we got on the car we wanted, and had a great experience with all 3 of the people we dealt with at the dealership. Buying a car is an exhausting, stressful, and confusing business, and we ended up in the right place at the right time with the right combination of people to help us. More

These people have ABSOLUTELY NO SHAME!!!!! I am relatively new to this country so I had no experience with car leasing and credit score checks. They checked my credit score and when I asked them wh relatively new to this country so I had no experience with car leasing and credit score checks. They checked my credit score and when I asked them where I stand (because I had no idea) the sales manager told me that I am in tier III. Well I thought for myself, it is because I am new here and my credit is still building. I discussed their special for Hyundai Elantra and they told me that I am not eligible for this price because I am tier III and this is only for qualified tier I buyers. The price he offered me was a triple amount of the special price. Long story short....I had to rent a new place and the realtor had to check my credit score. And guess what!!! To my biggest surprise I have an excellent credit score in tier A+ according to their check and afterwards I checked it myself and again the worst score would have put me in tier A which is till considered tier I. I was shocked! I understand that they want to make money and sale, but when I asked them what my score is (and I was very direct about this) they lied straight to my FACE that my score is in tier III !!!! Don't deal with these people or make sure you know your credit score before you step in there. Shame on you people for trying to tell me that I have a bad credit score! More
Our salesman Roberto Contreras was the best. He knew everything about all the vehicles and explained the lease program extremely well. The price was the best around and we did a lot of shopping. When I first went into the dealership I was looking for preowned AWD something that would fit in my budget and Marty ended up showing me one car and after talking to Ira they showed me how I could afford a preowned AWD something that would fit in my budget and Marty ended up showing me one car and after talking to Ira they showed me how I could afford a new car and I ended up with a baby blue Elantra and so far so good. I was concerned about the winter as I live on a huge hill but they both assured me that front wheel drive has come a long way so hopefull come winter time I will love my car just as much as I do presently. I was looking for a new SUV, and had an idea of what I wanted in the vehicle as far as options, color, gas mileage etc. I was originally looking for a GLS model with navigation, but when test drove a Limi wanted in the vehicle as far as options, color, gas mileage etc. I was originally looking for a GLS model with navigation, but when test drove a Limited edition Tucson (with out navigation) but with everything else that I was looking for, I liked it! A lot. I worked with Lance on a price that I thought was fair for what I was getting, and a payment that I could afford. The sales manager "Jean" I can't recall his last name was great, got me through the paperwork very quickly, and into my brand new Tucson that night.
