I had a great experience purchasing this vehicle. I had called the day prior to inquire about inventory, and they had the model and year and color car I was interested in. Took a test ride and I knew I wanted the car. prices were fair and the entire process was quick and painless and took only a couple hours before I drove away with a beautiful new car. returned today to complete the inspection and felt like I was getting preferential treatment and was almost disappointed when it was time to leave. Just car shopping for a new car that would be economical and gas efficient. Stopped at Herb Chambers and talked with salesperson Ryan Horton. He spent a lot of time with me, answering every question I asked and gas efficient. Stopped at Herb Chambers and talked with salesperson Ryan Horton. He spent a lot of time with me, answering every question I asked. He allowed me to take two cars on test rides over all kinds of roads. I got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different). Ryan took me back inside and we discussed financing. He explained the different financing options in a way I could understand I found Ryan to be very attentive and friendly, while at the same time professional and knowlegeable. Ryan really represented this dealership (and Hyundia) well! While I didn't make the purchase yet, when I am ready I will be back to Herb Chambers asking for Ryan. More
