I just want to say that this is the 3rd vehicle I have bought off of Marty Readon and he is the best. I have always been treated like a queen when I go in there. I leased a 2007 Tuscon and then bought it and now I have just leased an 2011 Tuscon and plan on buying that one when the lease is up. I am not afraid to sign my name to this because I feel that Marty and Ira should get some recognition for their hard work. I recently came in and purchased a brand new 2011 Elantra. I am so excited about it. The one we wanted was so hard to find and we hunted high and low to many other dealers and Matt was the only one Elantra. I am so excited about it. Shopping for a vehicle that would acommodate a lift for a h/c scooter, and stopped to see what they had. We spoke to Ray, who showed us an Elantra Touring, which we felt might meet our needs. Ray accompanied us to the local certified installer, with the car we chose. We purchased the car, and he followed it through the lift installation, and made certain we were happy. It's a beautiful car, well finished and well equipped for our needs. I'd send any friend to see Ray, if they were in need of a new/used vehicle. The dealership is, as expected, very professional, and met all our expectations. We switched from Ford, where we had bought new vehicles regularly since 1973. Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for Hyundia, they do not have a vehicle smaller than an SUV for persons needing a h/c accessible vehicle. More
A few weeks ago I contacted Herb Chambers Hyundai with the intent of purchasing a used vehicle since my current vehicle, a Hyundai Santa Fe, was starting to cost too much with my hour long commute each da the intent of purchasing a used vehicle since my current vehicle, a Hyundai Santa Fe, was starting to cost too much with my hour long commute each day. The last time I purchased a car at Herb Chambers Hyundai I worked with Marty Reardon and he made everything so easy that he was the first person I thought to contact in my quest for a new car. Marty understood what I was looking for this time and was able to show me a car that had just been traded in and was still in the service department for a routine oil change before it went out on the lot. It was a 2009 Hyundai Accent that was the same year and oddly the same color as my current vehicle. Long story short, that’s the car I ended up choosing. It took two weeks to actually get the car because of the title and a slight delay with my insurance company but Marty was on top of everything the entire step of the way. After he got an answer from the title department he called me to let me know the status and the day that the title came in he called me to see when I could sign it. Unfortunately, I had a work commitment and we discussed trying to find a time to sign it the next week but Marty drove an hour to my work to get me to sign it that day. He also noticed that a part of the grill on my new car was missing so he ordered the part and had it replaced for me so that everything was in order before I received the car. Finally, when my car was ready to be picked up, I couldn’t get to Herb Chambers Hyundai until the following day so Marty drove it to my house for me. This type of customer service is really hard to find. Marty made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure that I was never inconvenienced. This is something that is important when buying a car. I would highly recommend Marty and Herb Chambers Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
It all started when I found out my car needed about 1300 dollars worth of work. So I knew it was time for a knew car. My friend had gotten all her knew cars from Herb Chambers, So she told me to check them dollars worth of work. So I knew it was time for a knew car. (Now keep in mind I've heard other stories about this hyundai dealer about them being crooks and liars) All those stories I've heard were completely false. I went into Herb Chambers and met with Dan Garney. I told him i was originally was looking for The Sonata (I believe it was), but my most important thing was having good gas mileage. And unlike other hyundai dealers I went too(Route 2, Balise, Bernardi) where the salesman only showed me that car and moved on, Dan showed me all my options. We ended up going with the elantra. AND WE LOVE IT! Now again I am one of the car buyers that does there research and shops around for the best price, and by far everyone at Herb Chambers Hyundai outbeat the other dealers by miles with there over all friendliness, and dedication that is aparent because I went in there expecting to walk into the average salesman I ran into every where else. Than I met Dan, He gave me a great price, was extremely knowledgeable, kept me up to date when my car would be ready, and even delivered the vehicle to my house!!! I would definately recommend this dealer to anyone looking at Hyundai's or any pre owned car...GO SEE DAN AND YOU WILL DEFINEATLY LEAVE HAPPY!!!!!! More
