I felt I received a really good deal as the new 2016 models were coming in to replace the 2015 inventory. This is my third car I purchased here over the years from Marty and the sales process went smoothly. Marty is a great asset for Herb Chambers and followed up with me to make sure the car was satisfactory as always. More
Oil Filter Not Tightened Leaking OIL Double check the service department work! Had a normal 3k oil change done and they did not tighten the oil filter enough(like loosely sitting on the o Double check the service department work! Opened a case with Hyundai Customer Support to ensure if there are any issues with the engine going forward, it's not coming out of my pocket. Called them up and they threw in a free oil change? More

The Finance manager, his name was Anthony, you have to do the finishing paperwork with him. I did not enjoy my experience with him. During the finishing paperwork process he forces extra options on you and makes you feel like you have to purchase these, it felt like sleazy salesman tactics. When I declined these extra options he asked why as if to guilt me. My experience at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn was good overall, just don't try to use sleazy sales tactics on me. More

Changed The Agreement At The Last Minute - DO NOT GO HERE! I exchanged multiple emails with employees (Alpha and Menwon) at Herb Chambers in order to minimize any time spent at the actual dealership. I am meti I exchanged multiple emails with employees (Alpha and Menwon) at Herb Chambers in order to minimize any time spent at the actual dealership. I am meticulous with my words and request so I made sure everything was agreed to before I drove the 45 minutes to Auburn to finalize the deal. I even had the email on my phone and they had it printed out in front of them! The salesman (Dave) took all the information and spent 30-40 minutes walking between his desk and the manager's desk making copies, giving them mileage on the the lease turn-in, etc. Finally he presented me with the numbers to get the deal done and they were completely different than what I came in for. I showed him what the agreed to deal was and, of course, he went back to his manager. He came back and told me all the various fees and payments that agreement didn't cover. I explained that this was already agreed to with very specific language. He looked at me with a blank stare so I said, "Are you telling me that that deal doesn't exist?" He said yes and I said I'm leaving. There are plenty of other options in the area without needing to deal with people who won't honor agreements. Take my advice and steer clear of this place. More
