It took me a couple of years AND I picked the right people to help make this happen. I got my Sonata on September 9th, I am in LOVE WITH IT. Michael Cardozo was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain FUN to deal with, as were all others involved AND not being able to have my husband go with me (health issues-cancer) I told them that I was trusting them to be honest and up front with me on all issues. I am very happy to report that they exceeded my expectations! I had a few issues right after I purchased my Sonata, called service, talked w/ Kevin Pierce, made an appointment; all issues resolved in one shot. Everyone made me feel like I was important to them and told me that if EVER I needed help, they were just a phone call away. THEY ARE ALL 10's in my book. THEY GET 5 STARS!!!! He sure does know his products very well. He showed me the features that offered in the Veloster and it just blew me away. When it came down to numbers I was pretty shock how smoothly things went. Michael introduced me to Paul D, a sales manager, he was very polite and understood where i had to be in payments. And he went back to his desk and came back meeting my goal payments. I was glad that michael and paul could earn my business and throughout the delivery process michael kept me up to date with everything and showed me everything I needed to know about the Veloster . Overall I had a great experience and I recommend Michael Cardozo to my family and friends when their in the market to buy a new vehicle! More
Tarji was very friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and took the time to really pay attention. There were a few issues that I had with the vehicle during the test drive, but the what I was looking for and took the time to really pay attention. The dealership even provided a rental vehicle for me to use, free of charge- for an entire week, while they serviced my new-to-me used vehicle. Any time that I called, they were always friendly and responsive, and made me feel assured that I would be taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Tarji to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
My wife's Azera had four indicator lights come on, including the engine light, ABS light, etc. Our mechanic indicated that we needed to bring the car to a dealer to have the engine light checked for including the engine light, ABS light, etc. Our mechanic indicated that we needed to bring the car to a dealer to have the engine light checked for the code, so that they could repair it. My wife brought the car to Herb Chambers in Auburn. As she knows nothing about cars, she told the service department the ABS light was on. They checked that light ONLY for $100 and gave her the code for that light ONLY. I called to ask why they would charge a hundred bucks and ignore the other lights on the dashboard, especially the ENGINE light. Bob, the condescending/rude manager said that they only "do what they are told" by the customer, and that to have the engine light checked would cost another $100. Therefore, we paid a hundred bucks for useless information. Why go to them if the customer has to tell them what to do? What a ripoff! Don't ever buy a car here or have it serviced. You will be RIPPED OFF! More

His professionalism, knowledge of the Hyundai vehicles, courteousness, helpfulness, patience, et.al. were all truly outstanding. Dealing with Sadiq was not your usual "horror" story of dealing with the "typical" car salesman; instead, he made it a really personable and friendly experience. I can only hope that the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I encounter someone of the same stature as Sadiq..... More
