Herb Chambers Hyundai has been very good to me through the years and David Caraballo is the best of the best. I got a great deal as cost is my number 1 priority. Of course I also got a car I liked. David likes to see his customers truly happy. He takes his job to heart. He will answer all your questions. As crazy as this may sound, he actually sold me two cars because in about 7 years I will be back to purchase that 2nd Hyundai. He is that good and you can trust me because I have written some cruel but true reviews when it comes to cars. I don't kiss bum. If Herb Chambers comes to town he needs to bring steak for David. I think I suffer from Jiffy Lube PTSD. No symptoms today! First experience leasing 2016 Tuscon in my favorite color! I won't divulge my age, but I've raised 4 successful children and have a talented 5 year-old grandson and have never been given the opportunity to select the color of my car/truck/suburban....ever:( All that changed when I walked into the Hyundai Dealership and was greeted by a smiling, very enthusiastic salesmen, Marty Reardon. He listened carefully to all of my needs and within minutes, I was out-and-about test driving a new, 2016 Tuscon. I knew within minutes of driving this smooth, spacious and well-designed SUV that this would be my new vehicle of choice.....but not in white. I inquired if they had the "milk-chocolate creamy" color they title, "Mohave sand" and Marty explained that they could locate one quickly and I was ready to sign the lease! Marty has been and I know will continue to be readily available to answer any and all of my questions. I was struggling operating the "blue-tooth" feature and Marty genuinely offered to have me drop by so he could test it with me. (I thought it was a Mal-function....) the only "problem" was me....we both laughed and I went on my way from the Dealership, confident that not only had I leased a new, reliable, sleek SUV but I had also gained a professional,respectful friend. Surprise -Surprise! After 35 years of BMW, Audi, Benz and Porsche ownership, I surprised myself by walking into a Hyundai dealership to order a new loaded Genesis. Not on After 35 years of BMW, Audi, Benz and Porsche ownership, I surprised myself by walking into a Hyundai dealership to order a new loaded Genesis. Not only was I greeted in a professional and friendly manner but after only a couple of days of ownership of this new vehicle I wonder what I was thinking spending $100K+ for new cars. The Genesis is a marvel for half the cost. Will update this review after I put some miles on. More

When I checked in with the receptionist for the special deal they gave me in the mail, I messed up on the amount I had left on my car I was trading in. Instead of making me feel stupid, we had an inside joke going on throughout the visit. They have a great sense of humor. I worked with David who was very professional and friendly. He didn't put me in a car I didn't like or couldn't afford. He paid attention to my needs and got me into a gray 2016 sonata and I LOVE it! He is approachable and easy to talk to who will answer any question you have with a great amount of patience. He doesn't stop working hard for you until everything is complete. He even showed me around the dealership of where to go when I need service and what to expect. Thank you to Matt who helped out with getting to the payments that I could afford. Thank you to Anthony for an easy ending to it all. He didn't pressure me to sign up for all these extra deals for the car. He let me choose, sign and shook my hand to congratulate me.
