Great customer service On 12/16, I was the last customer and the store suppose to close at 6pm and all the employees suppose to attend a holiday party right after that. Coffee ran out by 10:30. Was never refilled even when I left at 2:00pm. - Had to wait 25 minutes between the time my car was "ready" and I paid, to the time the car came down to the parking lot so I could drive home. More
