She explained the B 1 2 7 meant 3 different upkeep concerns were eminent.s After some investigation into other dealerships and mechanics I made an informed decision and returned to Herb Chambers. This time I met Sean DeSilva, again professional, attentive and informative. He spoke directly with service and I felt I was in good hands. He made me feel like a priority. Service appointment I had an airbag replaced due to Manufacturer Recall. Also had my oil changed. The airbag was free, the oil change was $20 cheaper than most places. She told me what the mechanics found while inspecting my car and what they recommended be done and when. Nicole answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over two hours. (I had been told 2 1/2 to 3 hours when I made the appointment.) Very good service from Nicole and the Service Dept. More

Kyle also provided me with his business card in case a had other questions or concerns after my visit. I was presented with a Honda keychain and complimentary car wash when my oil change was done.
