Excellent Customer Service I've had my car serviced twice in the past month and each time the team has been great. Sean DeSilva was my Service Advisor. Sean was extremely professional and answered all my questions. While I waited for my repairs Sean kept me updated with the status and the parts needed to complete my repair. Sean not only fully explain the cause of the problem but explained using a parts diagram to explain fully the source of the problem and how the replacement part would resolve it. Had to get a defaulted rear Door lock actuator installed The lock door actuator was defected under a class suit against Honda and even though the warranty had expired Honda should have fixed it for free or a The lock door actuator was defected under a class suit against Honda and even though the warranty had expired Honda should have fixed it for free or at least give me a break on the price! I paid over $450 for it! I will think twice before I buy another Honda which is too bad since this is my second Honda and soon I will be in the market for a new car. More
