Rude, unprofessional, not trained Successfully purchased new car negotiating a deal over the phone. Everything worked perfect until I needed service - simple task of making third det keys. I called and asked for price $70. It is more than other dillers charge but it is Ok as I purchased a car here. Arrived to do it driving almost 40 minutes. Service desk person Tran Lee tells me $90 plus tax. I question why as I was quoted $70. And here is exactly his reply: "At this point you either do it for $90 or ..." and waves his wrist towards the door." Yes, I was about to leave but did not. However will never come back to this place again. After service while paying $98 I asked again why they quoted me $70. The answer from the cashier was "No idea who you spoke to over the phone. Whoever answers the phone do not know prices" Simply untrained personnel, shame on Honda. And especially shame on Honda to place behind the front service table someone like Tran Lee. More

I got my beautiful car from here! Danya and the rest of her crew were beyond helpful and efficient! She was consistent as far as trying to help out to get the best price! Return customer This was my first time at this new location as I purchased my car from this dealership at their previous address. When I walked in, I was not sure exa This was my first time at this new location as I purchased my car from this dealership at their previous address. When I walked in, I was not sure exactly where to go but was greeted almost immediately by Nick Tarquini. He helped me with the service I needed since I had an appointment for my inspection sticker. A couple of days prior I learned that I needed an oil change too and he was so helpful adding that on to my service. He gave me a two hour window for the work to be completed so I had a real expectation of time, but the work was completed in about an hour! He answered all my questions and was quite informative. I will definitely look for him the next time my car needs to be serviced. More
