Saturday Service Busy day, construction, and still good service! Kids were kept busy with donuts, popcorn and water. Plenty of seating to keep everyone comfortable. Help is on the way. My windshield wipers suddenly quit in the middle of the rain. I drove to the Honda dealers and I spoke with Jerry who managed to get my car looked at. I used the courtesy van to return home and back to the dealership. The problem is partially solved. They ordered the part and I must wait, come in and get the car operational. More

My 2017 ridgeline had a emission problem and it was over the factory warranty, but the CNA extended wa Very sastified with Herb Chambers service dept. My 2017 ridgeline had a emission problem and it was over the factory warranty, but the CNA extended warranty that I purchased took care of it. I didn't have to do anything, Herb Chambers took care of everything. Also bought four new tires, which it needed, while it was there for the service. I'd been pricing tires at various places(online/big name tire centers) and Herb's price was very competative. Again very happy with Herb Chambers. More

No shuttle service even with prior commitments I booked an appointment for car service with prior commitment for drop off back home.
