Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough - Service Center

Well I already hit a huge pot hole with my new car and blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car an blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car and had the shuttle driver there to pick me up with in minutes. The unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock but drove to go get it so I wouldn't have to drive on a spare. They had the tire on and everything else checked out in what seemed like no time at all. Mean while my sales person Norman offered me a cup of coffee and answered some last minute questions I had come up with in the short time I've had the vehicle. Thanks to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, my nightmares about dealerships have been put to rest. Thank you everyone! And thank you Rich and Mike for coming to my rescue! More

This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. Mike was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also did not try to sell me things I think I did not need. I'm glad I took a extra ten minutes to drive to westborough. More

I was searching for an accessory for my crv. I tried another dealer first but was not able to locate the part for 2 wks. I was complaining to a friend who suggested Herb Chambers.
