I was in Westborough for business this past July and on the way to see a client I ran into some car troubles. The experience was very positive (considering the circumstances) and the car was ready the same day. The staff was very prefessional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. It is also worth mentioning that I felt they were very honest and did not try to charge me extra for unneccessary add-ons such as I have experienced in the past at other service centers. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who values quality of work, price, and a knowlegable, professional staff. More

I went in for service because my car was making a funny noise. They took care of my care extremely fast. Everything was covered under warranty so I did not have to worry about payment. I have a 1997 Honda civic. The exhaust had been gving me some problems and making a funny vibrating noise. I took it there and they told me it wa just my heat shield and fixed in in lss then 30 min! Well I already hit a huge pot hole with my new car and blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car an blew the front tire right out. After nearly having a heart attack I called the dealership I purchased it from. They sent a tow truck for my car and had the shuttle driver there to pick me up with in minutes. The unfortunately didn't have the tire in stock but drove to go get it so I wouldn't have to drive on a spare. They had the tire on and everything else checked out in what seemed like no time at all. Mean while my sales person Norman offered me a cup of coffee and answered some last minute questions I had come up with in the short time I've had the vehicle. Thanks to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, my nightmares about dealerships have been put to rest. Thank you everyone! And thank you Rich and Mike for coming to my rescue! More

This was the best experiance I could have imagined. I had brought my civic to my local dealer for a oil change and a tire rotation and had a bad experiance. They had told me my car would be done in a hour and after 90 minutes I asked what was going on and I found out they hadn't even started my oil change yet! My mother has been bringing her car to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough for the last year or so and told me I should bring it in there next time and I am glad I did. Mike was very nice and made me feel comfortable. They also did not try to sell me things I think I did not need. I'm glad I took a extra ten minutes to drive to westborough. More

Their service staff is excellent, I was greeted when I first arrived by a pleasant service employee.
