I have had positive experience in the past but this time it was different. I was planning to take my vehicle for Maintenance this Sat. I had bought the car here. However due to my sudden travel plans I deci it was different. I was planning to take my vehicle for Maintenance this Sat. I had bought the car here. However due to my sudden travel plans I decided to do it 2 weeks from this date. I called the main reception to reschedule it and she put me on to Service department...waited for a long time before I dropped the call. Did this 3 times before I called the main number again and told them my situation and she found someone and put me through. This person was rude and curt and said that they dont do Sat. She could not explain why?. and hung up. SAT is the only day I am available to drop of the car. Unfortunately I did not experience the positive experience HERB explained. More
