I’m not happy with the service overall. I had repair done two weeks ago at this dealership, for diagnosis on rattling noise at high speed and brake repair. I was charged $169 for just diagnosis on the rattling noise. I was told the noise is due to low volume of engine oil, but not clear what caused the oil loss - diagnosis confirmed no external leaking; likely be internal problem - I was told to come back at 1000 miles to have oil level checked. I didn’t agree on the $169 charge, because I wasn’t given the root cause, but I was told filling up the oil should fix that and I paid for oil change. However, I still hear the rattling noise since then, and I also found leaking oil building up on the ground of my garage (I have pics taken on different days). In addition, on the repair day, I told the advisor I'd be around the shop and hoped to get back the car soon. two hours later, I got her call with the diagnosed problems and price. Then later, I was told the diagnosis was done on a different car with same looking for checking my concerns. Then I waited for this all over again. This is very unprofessional. Also, when I questioned about problems and charges, the advisor couldn't answer my questions and connected me to her manager. He went over price for everything and I was told the caliper cost $215 for an aftermarket part, which they were getting for me, and I agreed on, but in the end, I was actually charged $100 more for this. I hope the price to be transparent to customers. We don't need surprises like this. In the end, the service team also missed replacing my headlamp bulk, which was the first broken thing they found in the repair. I had to go somewhere else the next day to get that replaced. This is also very unprofessional. My car is over 85k on mileage and I'm thinking to get a new car in the next year or so. I was thinking about Honda, but this repair experience disappointed me and changed my mind. I will probably shop for another brand. More

Took a while to get my routine oil change in 40,000 Mi check up. But they took their time to really look over the car change what really needed and advised me what I would need on the next visit. The last auto shop I worked for also did this and I was loyal for as long as I had the car because I felt I was getting the service that I deserved and wanted. More
