This is the worst dealership I have visited ever. I had taken in my Honda Odyssey for service and I had to make two trips. First trip ended up as a 3 hour wait after they told me that it will take about 90 taken in my Honda Odyssey for service and I had to make two trips. First trip ended up as a 3 hour wait after they told me that it will take about 90 minutes. I had to repeatedly ask them what the status was. Then I took it in yesterday since the replacement part had come in. I got a call at 4pm saying that the car was ready to pick up. The guy told me he will call me back in a minute with the exact cost of repair. I show up at the dealership an hour later, the paper work is not done, he tells me that the car i being vaccumed while it is sitting in the lot. After I asked that I get to speak to the service manager, things got rolling. There were other customers waiting there with complaints similar to mine. After all this, I find that there is a long scratch on the sliding doors that was not there when I took it in. Now I have to go back there to get this buffed. Stay away. There are better Honda dealers in the area. This place is the pits and too bad that they are associated with the name "Honda" More
Pathetic ! Overall experience .... Bernadi is bad too though they made the deal happen after the sales manager ridiculed the idea of even making an attempt for a deal ... they are not competitive and don though they made the deal happen after the sales manager ridiculed the idea of even making an attempt for a deal ... they are not competitive and dont know how to deal with customers More

Went into the dealership looking to buy a Fit Base Auto (MSRP, according to Honda, is $15,200). After taking a test drive, I was informed first that any car would have a 3 month waiting period before I go (MSRP, according to Honda, is $15,200). After taking a test drive, I was informed first that any car would have a 3 month waiting period before I got it (which later somehow became one month, after some pressure from me). They were unwilling to sell the base car on the lot, expected a $1000 dealer markup on all cars, and had only a Fit Sport auto on the lot which they were trying to sell for $18,750 (that's more like a Civic price!). If you are in the MetroWest area, shop Bernardi Honda in Natick, they have a much lower pressure tactic and are honest and upfront with the customer. More
Horrible, horrible experience. This is a high-pressure dealership, meaning that the sales staff is there to pressure you into something you don't want or need. I didn't buy anything because I recognized t dealership, meaning that the sales staff is there to pressure you into something you don't want or need. I didn't buy anything because I recognized their tactics right away and refuse to support such dishonesty. Friendly enough (on the surface) people, but extremely pushy. I'd highly discourage anyone from going to any Herb Chambers dealership. In fact, I would recommend walking away from any dealership that has the sales manager's perch (an office above the show floor with a one-way dark glass window), because they are only going to lay the pressure and BS on thick (and it won't stop with sales; finance will do the same thing to you).
