I was in Westborough for business this past July and on the way to see a client I ran into some car troubles. The experience was very positive (considering the circumstances) and the car was ready the same day. The staff was very prefessional, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. It is also worth mentioning that I felt they were very honest and did not try to charge me extra for unneccessary add-ons such as I have experienced in the past at other service centers. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who values quality of work, price, and a knowlegable, professional staff. More

This was the best experiance I could have hoped for. Mike, the sales manager made sure I was well taken care of and made the numbers fit with in my budget. The deal was fair based on what I was seeing on KBB.com and I liked the fact that there "smart-price" system made it so I didn't have to haggle. My whole family has been dealing with him for the past 14 years and we have bought or leased about 20 vehicles from him during that time. We always get fantastic service and that is why we drive from all over Massachusetts to do business with him. He always makes sure that Jim Sweeney is assigned to help us and Jim has also been wonderful to work with. I had a horrible experience being jerked around with the typical tactics of many dealers at a dealership closer to me. Unfortunately I got there and things changed quickly, the car wasn't there, but a more expensive one was. I found Sarah through my online search and though the price wasn't as low as the other place had quoted she was upfront and honest with me. I took the drive out to Westborough and was happy I did. Tomorrow I will take delivery of my new Civic and w/o the hassel I went through with the other dealer. Thank you everyone at Westborough for showing me that all car dealers don't play games. More
