Here's a different one: I was stopped at a red light about a mile from the dealership when a Herb Chambers service guy rear-ended me as he road-tested a repair. Minor damage to my RAV-4. He directed me about a mile from the dealership when a Herb Chambers service guy rear-ended me as he road-tested a repair. Minor damage to my RAV-4. He directed me to follow him back to the dealership. I received a loaner Passport and the dent was fixed within 24 hours. Even detailed my vehicle to compensate for the inconvenience.
