I was informed that a recall had just been issued and that they would appreciate the opportunity to get that taken care of while I was there if I had the time. If not, I was assured that they would have me out the door in short order, with an inspection and an appt that was convenient. I decided to spend the promised 1.75 hrs and was delighted to have it ready and waiting 20 minutes early. More

Great customer service! I was there for a normally scheduled appointment and received great customer service. I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I was there for a normally scheduled appointment and received great customer service. I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I needed anything (even though the coffee is self service) he offered to get me one. He checked in regularly to let me know if I was still on track to be out of there in the time window provided. Was just a very pleasant experience. More

CRV oil changet The service personnel were very pleasant, washed my car, snack area well provided with snacks & drinks for our comfort.
