Service advisor was very friendly and professional! I was there for scheduled maintenance, though I was reminded about a recall that I need to have addressed. The issue I have is that Honda will not provide a loaner when a recall repair is needed. I am self employed and work about 40 miles away from the dealership, I haven’t figured out a way to get this repair done and be without my vehicle for several hours. I feel like Honda should be providing loaners for recall repairs. More

First time customer for service. Service opened at 7 am (7:30 appt). Fourth vehicle in line & greeted by an attendant who directed me to Service advisor (2 were processing customer Service opened at 7 am (7:30 appt). Fourth vehicle in line & greeted by an attendant who directed me to Service advisor (2 were processing customers). Waited 5 minutes to see advisor but noticed that “greeter” had opened my hood & was filling up the windshield washer container. Never ever had that service done at any dealership while car was waiting to go into service. A short time after car went into service, I received a video message from the service technician concerning significant issues with the front sock absorbers on my 15 year old Honda. I spoke with the Service Advisor, Kelvin Almonte, who was professional, knowledgeable & very helpful concerning the estimated repair costs. He spoke with the parts manager as there appeared to be an error in the estimate. The total time of the appointment was less than an hour but did not include the major repair. It was one of the most pleasant service appointments at a dealership I’ve had in over 50 years. More
