Don’t use their service department. 74-year-old woman brought her car in for service because her sensor light kept coming on. They said she need new tires she got four new tires. The next day the sensor light is back on again now they said she needed two new sensors and it was gonna cost her $500 and something dollars. After she just paid $1700 do service her care. She said no and took the car somewhere else. When the new mechanic looked at the tires to see what was wrong the sensors were broken the mechanic said whoever put the tires on broke the sensors. I have the sensors and pictures of the sensors when the mechanic took off the tires. Call Honda and told they what happened and that we had somebody else fix the car and wanted them to reimburse my mother for what she just paid for the sensors that they broke. they’re refusing to reimburse my mother the money for something they broke. Talk about taking advantage of an old woman. If my mother didn’t take the car somewhere else and would have told Honda to fix them they would have never said that they broke the sensors and would’ve charged her another 500 and something dollars to repair something they broke. My 2018 Honda Pilot was getting a Transmisson error code on the dash, service department Now the service department has left a bad impression on me. My 2018 Honda Pilot was getting a Transmisson error code on the dash, service department told me when it came out to bring it over. Brought it there on a Thursday they told me it was going to be 2 hrs to scan the computer (told them I couldn’t wait because I had my 10 month twins in the car) they sent someone out and it took them about 30 seconds to diagnose a torque converter replacement. Scheduled service for the following Monday at 4:30, dropped the car off Monday at 9am prior to going away for 3 days. Came back Thursday afternoon, no one could find my car info/not was it ever serviced. Worked with Tom Meyer got a new appointment and loaner car and it took them another 3 weeks to finally fix converter. More
