I got service from them, but then staff forgot to inform me that they were finished and I ended up waiting 3-and-a-half hours. It was only at closing time that staff realized what had happened and apologize me that they were finished and I ended up waiting 3-and-a-half hours. I had an appoint but it still took nearly two hours for an oil change. I think that is somewhat unreasonable although the place was busy. The car wash was not great.
