I've always felt like they were really busy and I understood that. But with my upcoming trip to Maryland I heard some noise behind my dash and figured I'd get it looked at being that I'm the nervous type on long trips. I was absolutely ecstatic and relieved when my consultant Dave welcomed me and my daughter into your shop I could just tell when I was greeted with a smile and a happy time that this was gonna be my best experience, he even procured me a loner vehicle and throughly I mean thoroughly explained what was happening with my Vehicle without making me feel like a dumb girl, he spent in an inordinate amount of time making me understand why and the what if where the 800$ bill was going too and I thoroughly appreciate that. I really do. That might have been the best experience of my 20+ years of car dealership visits. Credit to herb chambers Honda. I will recommend to all. Randi More
most honest,professional&courteous service in SE NewEngland two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in right away and ask me to wait to check what is wrong.About 30 minutes later Mr.Tim Is lip ,senior service advisor, came over and told me he had bad news and good news. bad news both starter& battery need replacement good news it would not cost me anything because both were under warranty.I totally forgot about the repair done last year.Any dishonest service person would have charged me upward of $800 for this.Allhonda dealers are good but this one is the best anywhere because it has service advisors like TimIslip,asset.service managers like Sandra&victor and finance guys like Bill&Tom.But the best of all the general manager Mr.Scott Bottle .Honorable mention to junior service advisor Kelvin&PAP.Thank you Herb Chambers for the great experence More
Always there when We need them Once again Herb Chambers was there when we needed them as alway. On Christmas Eve just before heading out for the night for holiday visits my husband Once again Herb Chambers was there when we needed them as alway. On Christmas Eve just before heading out for the night for holiday visits my husband noticed the tire was making a weird noise come to find out there was a sharp piece of metal that had punctured the tire. It was late I called the dealership immediately and spoke to Scott and told him the problem even though they would be closing soon he told us to get there asap so they could see the problem. Luckily for us because it was a lot bigger problem our tire was not fixable it had to be replaced completely. So thank you for always being there when we need you Herb Chambers of Seekonk. Oil Change - gone off track I went to the dealer for my very first oil change on my Honda Accord. Had the coupon, for a few bucks off. Also, spoke to the service writer that th I went to the dealer for my very first oil change on my Honda Accord. Had the coupon, for a few bucks off. Also, spoke to the service writer that the passenger side window did not go up. Waited while my car was serviced, it was not quick but it was not too long. When it was ready, I was presented with a bill for over $75. Huh - for an oil change? The oil has to be synthetic - could he have told me that before he took the car in? Oh an the rest was for the 10,000 mile checkup and rotating the tires as part of that. A bit of advise - tell me what the repair will cost and what it entails, let me decide. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership. I won't return. More

I dropped the car off around dinner time with the intent of having it serviced the following morning. Mr. Almonte informed me that because of a cancellation they could have the service done that evening if I wished. That's what I enjoy about this dealership, a proactive staff looking for any way possible to give their clients first class service. I have dealt with this group for 10 years and from sales, to the service desk, to the outstanding folks doing the wrenching(thank you Joe Breton), this organization personifies what the phrase "the customer comes first" is meant to be. Two different visits in two weeks, both excellent./ My Odyssey need a 20K mileage check up. While leaving I spoke with Victor about a way Tim Islep usually handled my regular service visits. Good tons word I received a letter from the dealership with a check returning the difference. I'll be back anyways but it is nice when someone goes the extra miles for its customers. The second visit involved remaking lost keys for our Odyssey and fit (I lost them). Tim was able to get them both made in less time than expected, and a an appreciated lower price than forecast. Thanks Victor and Tim and Herb Chambers for training their Service Managers to treat their customers as if they were family. At least theymak me feel that way, and I am sure they will treat you there same. :-) More

great dealership / outstanding service department. Great dealership but the main reason I go there to have all three of my cars serviced is due to the outstanding service department lead by Victor. I have been having my vehicles serviced here fro over 7 years and the main reason is due to Victor and his ethical, professional and hospitable 5 star attitude each and every time.
