Check Their Work! I recently visited Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk - Service Center because the check engine light was on in my car. They told me that all of the oil I recently visited Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk - Service Center because the check engine light was on in my car. They told me that all of the oil levels & fluid levels were fine and I needed to have the oil pressure switches replaced. The next day I went to my local mechanic for a second opinion. He found that there was NO OIL in the car at all. I am so disappointed with the Service Center and their employees who allowed me to drive away, potentially damaging my car further than it already had been. Bottom line...if you're going to work with them...check their work, have them explain to you EXACTLY what they did (and don't allow them to make you feel like your intelligence is inadequate when you have questions), and make them cross their t's and dot their i's. Even then, if something doesn't feel right to you - head to someone you can trust. More

The car I wanted...the experience that delighted! I went in with my 2013 Honda Odyssey (my second) for service. I was working with Tim and Malainne. AWESOME customer service skills. I had a simple repair to make and they even brought me back to meet with Dennis (Awesome Honda Technician) and see the van on the lift. I had been wanting a 4x4 for many years...but with new babies I always stayed with mini vans for their ease of use. Since the babies are now kids, I figured I'd "kick the tires" of a Pilot (what I've really wanted) for the heck of it! First, I shot the breeze with the GM (Scott Birtles) and he was extremely low pressure and fun to talk with...it was clear that his primary interests are to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships. Then, I was checking out a 2013 Pilot and was fortunate enough to call upon Homero Lina to ask for a test drive. Homero was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely sincere. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. A complete joy to work with! Well, we know how this story ends up...I loved the Pilot and within a few hours I was the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk! Last Thursday afternoon I went to the service dept. to get new windshield blades. I spoke to Ken Alves and he told me I could buy them from the service dept. Well I paid for the blades and then a nice man named Sanhkdee came to the parking lot with me and changed the blades. That's what I call service! More
The staff at Herb Chambers is always friendly and courteous. No one likes waiting for a car to be serviced, but the waiting area is clean, there is Wi-Fi, TV, coffee and snacks! I gave "4" rating for price, because I think I could probably get the service done for a little less, but on a newer car, I don't have to have it serviced that often anyway. More
I visited Herb Chambers Honda for a recall on my CRV, the work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and work was done professionally and quickly. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that the car was washed and vacuumed --- also cleaned inside and out --, didn't expect this for a simple recall. Also Tim advised me that my brake light was out , he offered the service but did not push it. I replaced the brake light after I left the dealership. What impressed me the most is that all vehicles can use additional service (mostly ones like my CRV with 100+ K on them , but Tim and his crew didn't push and use high pressure, they offered advice and really seemed to care. Recently I had a problem with my Honda not starting. when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a when I brought it in for service, Tim listened carefully as I explained what was happening with my vehicle My feeling was that the vehicle needed a battery due to a defect. After I was finished Tim assured me that he would check the battery for defects. A short time later he returned with a print out showing that the battery was infact the problem. A new battery was installed immediately. I was very satisified with the way Tim handled the matter. He was professional at all times. I was most impressed that Tim took the time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend your service department. Thank you for such a pleasant postiive experience. Julian More
Sandy, Tim, Victor, Joel and Kenny in Service are the best at what they do. When I bring in my Honda Odyssey to be serviced I never have to worry about the customer service and knowledge that they provi best at what they do. When I bring in my Honda Odyssey to be serviced I never have to worry about the customer service and knowledge that they provide to have my car back up and running as soon as possible.
