Even though are car purchasing is complete, Bruce still makes an effort to make us feel at home and welcomed everytime we are in the dealership. We travel over 40 minutes to use this dealership for service makes an effort to make us feel at home and welcomed everytime we are in the dealership. Being in the military we have visited many dealerships across the nation but none measure up to the service at Herb Chambers. Bruce is the best and we will truly miss working with him when we must move. More

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR ROUTINE SERVICE TODAY. I WAS VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY PAPERWORK WAS GIVEN TO ME BY TIM WHO HAS ALSO ALWAYS PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL IN THE PAST.WHILE IN THE WAITING AREA I WAS GREETED BY RAY GAGLIARDI WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD ME 3 OTHER CARS AND I ASKED HIM ABOUT END OF THE MODEL YEAR VEHICLES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE. I HAD BEEN CONSIDERING BUYING A SPECIFIC MODEL AND COLOR.HE DID NOT HAVE ONE ON THE LOT BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD CHECK THE OTHER HERB CHAMBERS LOTS TO SEE IF THEY HAD THIS PARTICULR CAR.HE HAD SALESMAN ANDREW BEAULIEU ASSIST ME WITH GETTING A PRICE FOR MY TRADE AS WELL AS FOR THE NEW CAR.A FEW HOURS LATER MR. GAGLIARDI CALLED ME TO SAY THAT HE HAD FOUND THE CAR THAT I WANTED AT THE SAME PRICE WE HAD DISCUSSED.THIS IS THE SAME WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED EVERY TIME I HAVE BOUGHT OR SERVICED A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP.THEY CONSISTANTLY DESERVE A 5 STAR RATING FOR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE!!I HAVE RECOMMENED THEM TO MANY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR EXPERIENCE. I love this dealership. I started driving my Honda CRV when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the service I received every time I brought my Honda into Herb Chambers of Seekonk. They were always friendly, always timely, and were great about keeping me informed as to what they were doing, why they needed to do it, and what to expect in the future. I cannot wait until the warranty runs out on my BMW so that I can buy another Honda and drive an hour to get it serviced in Seekonk. More
My car 2007 Honda Accord had serious engine problem. I took to HERB CHAMBER. I explain the situation to the Assistant Service Manager Tim Islip . Have been coming to this dealer and no where else even though have a Honda dealership less than 10 Minetes away from its beginning since 1991. Whenever a problem exit have called and have been treated #1.Even on a few extreme emergencies without calling have been treated the best.Have given a car and always felt i have been given a very fair and accurate . Peter Slottia and him team with the service techs are the best you could ever ask for..Even have been given a car if the service is a unreasonable time.They also will take you were you want to go.Use there computers , Fax, and have a very comfotable lounge area if you need to wait.Its a total wonderful as well as professional Experience. One experience does not typically paint a dealership a certain color but this experience told me a lot about Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Had bought a used Civic and had the 30K done here which include certain color but this experience told me a lot about Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Had bought a used Civic and had the 30K done here which included inspection of the brake pads among a myriad of services. At the time, Victor (service rep) and others were friendly and accomodating. 6 weeks later and a couple hundred miles later, took the car in for another reason and to my astonishment was told that the brake pads in front were 95% worn. No acknowledgement by Victor until I brought it up that this was unusual since the car just had a full service. Spoke to service manager who essentially admitted they had not checked the brakes but was more concerned about what this meant for the specific mechanic than for the customer. They agreed to do brakes at no charge and ensure that other services during 30K check were not missed. However, this was only the beginning. Went to pick up car and everyone from service had left but glove compartment hinges were not put back in place after they had checked a filter. In addition, a wrench was left behind on the driver seat. And this was after I had spent a good deal of time on phone with service manager. Called them after returning from trip to have glove compartment repaired and they told me "to call back when the people I had dealt with previously were there" and that "I would have to wait for the mechanic that worked on my car to be back" before they could address this problem. U might think the GM might know that such a blatant error had occurred in his service dept but you would be wrong. Went in to speak to him and he was very attentive but implied that someone moving the car must have left the wrench in the car and that it could not have been his mechanics. He attemped to place much of the blame on one of his employees who I had only really interacted with briefly over the phone. Seems that the higher you go up the ladder in this dealership, the more shameful it becomes. More
