I had to take the vehicle back three times for the same service. After purchasing the car, new tires had to be placed. Car was shaking when reached 62 miles. Had it balanced 3 times! The first 2 times service. After purchasing the car, new tires had to be placed. Car was shaking when reached 62 miles. Had it balanced 3 times! The first 2 times we were told someone took it for a ride and it was fine. My third visit Carl went fir a ride before attempted to balance the tires again, per our request. Finally repaired but still not 100% without a shake at 62 month. More
