I requested a service date that was at "my convenience " through their online service feature. I was successful. There was even an option where I could "modify" the request after it was submitted. My wife and I were greeted promptly on arrival and everything was processed smoothly. Our vehicle was inspected, repaired, and we received a call-back as soon as it was completed (same day). Car doesn’t drive the same. There is something now wrong with the tire and brakes. Car greatly decelerates after giving gas on the highway and now shakes.
