The coffee machine makes the best latte! and they have healthy snacks available (granola bars, fruit) in addition to cookies and pretzels. They even have a computer hub for me to use to check my email. The best part is... they WASH MY CAR after every service!!!!!!!!!! how awesome is that!!? More

Every time I have gone to Herb Chambers for my car to be serviced, I am met with a friendly, smart, and appreciative team member. Even the other employees who are not waiting on me directly are just as friendly and seem genuinely happy you have chosen HC to service your car. The job is completed in a very reasonable time- and I did not even have a scheduled appointment during a busy holiday weekend! The waiting area is clean and comfortable, your service person takes the time to explain what was done on the car, how much it will cost, bring you over to the payment area, and personally thank you for your business. My service professional, Kevin Almonte, even brought me out to a freshly vacuumed and washed car, opened the door for me, and wished me a great day. What can I say? Great job, Herb Chambers of Seekonk. I look forward to being a lifelong customer! More

Last Minute Save Showed up twenty minutes before closing on the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend with a nail in my tire. I've always felt like they were really busy and I understood that. But with my upcoming trip to Maryland I heard some noise behind my dash and figured I'd get it looked at being that I'm the nervous type on long trips. I was absolutely ecstatic and relieved when my consultant Dave welcomed me and my daughter into your shop I could just tell when I was greeted with a smile and a happy time that this was gonna be my best experience, he even procured me a loner vehicle and throughly I mean thoroughly explained what was happening with my Vehicle without making me feel like a dumb girl, he spent in an inordinate amount of time making me understand why and the what if where the 800$ bill was going too and I thoroughly appreciate that.
