We drove from Connecticut due to sour experiences in our local market and the reputation of Herb Chambers. We bought the car this monday, even though the dealership was pack due to Cash4Cl. Mike was crazy b local market and the reputation of Herb Chambers. We bought the car this monday, even though the dealership was pack due to Cash4Cl. Mike was crazy busy, but we never felt managed. Scott jumped to work us on our trade and the deal for our new CRV fell together flawlessly. Agreed to purchase the CRV at 4:30 on Monday. Picked up Wednesday at noon. Probably could have taken home if it wasnt so late in the day. Mike and Scott were great to deal with and we have already recommended them to our friends. Open and fair dialogue about our trade, was followed with a great price. The Finance department was great. Financing anything these days is a nightmare due to tight lending practices but we found them to be easy to work with. We now know why Honda of Seekonk has such a great reputation, we lived it. We will be heading back to see Mike for our next vehicle. CRV1108 More

I requested pricing via email several times, the constant reply was "when can you come in to meet with me" or alternatively "my manager is very interested for you to come in and discuss...". Despite a simpl reply was "when can you come in to meet with me" or alternatively "my manager is very interested for you to come in and discuss...". Despite a simple clear request submitted several times I never really did get a number to compare to other dealers. Very prompt in the reply, but very disapointing in the content. To be fair I can't lay all of the blame on the salesperson as he seemed to be following a pretty tight script which perhaps reflects more poorly on Herb Chambers than the individual. More

I was surprised of the fact that there was no high pressure to make a decision immediately and after Cliff helped us as much as possible, this store. I had no problem with the salesman Robert Hansen. I go test drive a car I ready to buy and then things all fall apart. I wait 45 minutes for the finance person then he comes back with " I have good news a test drive a car I ready to buy and then things all fall apart. I wait 45 minutes for the finance person then he comes back with " I have good news and bad news " Good news is I can finance you a car but the bad news is this car has NO title so we can't do anything. They say we should have the title in a couple of days. I get a call in a couple of days. " Sorry we can't sell you the car it has no title and a duplicate title will take a long time to get".Basically I waste all that time filling out paperwork and waiting for the finance guy thinging I'm going to get a car over the weekend but find out I test drove and was "sold" a car I couldn't even buy. I that nighy which is a Friday to speak to a manager who was Bob Volpi at around 5:30 pm. I get NO callback at all. I call him back at 6:30 since it's a Friday and have nothing better to do with my time then call a car dealership about the car i'm not getting and they have zero answers for how this happenend. On top of that they never even called me back whatsover that nigh. I would give them a zero but I can't blame the salesman. I will say they were incompetent and apparently had no interest in selling me a car. Don't ever do business with them. Period. More

Worst experience of any dealership I've ever been to. Prices are horrible and the sales person I dealt with was the worst sales person ever.
