I've bought 3 cars from this dealership in the past year. I have had an excellent experience from sales to servie. Theresa is a wonderful salesperson and isn't pushy and is very easy to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best interest rate and makes the whole process easy and painless. When I've brought my car in for standard oil changes, etc., the hourse are extemely convenient and I've never had to wait longer than an hour. I will continue to buy all of my vehicles from Herb Chambers in Seekonk. More

The prices for both cars were well below book value. Both cars we purchased from this dealer were in excellent shape and nicely detailed. The salesperson was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with selecting the car that best suited our needs. This is our second used car that we have purchased from Herb Chambers of Seekonk, and it will definitely not be our last. We recommend this dealer to all our friends. More
Purchased a new vehicle from this dealership five years ago and recently traded for another less-used Honda (different model). They were helpful, consious of our time constraints. They were helpful with follow-up issues relating to title and required state inspections, so it was not just a sale-and-forget-us situation but what we considered diligent follow-up. More

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR ROUTINE SERVICE TODAY. I WAS VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY VERY QUICKLY ASSISTED BY VICTOR WHO TOOK GREAT CARE TO VERIFY ALL MY INFORMATION AND MADE SURE MY CAR WAS BROUGHT RIGHT IN.WHEN THE CAR WAS READY,MY PAPERWORK WAS GIVEN TO ME BY TIM WHO HAS ALSO ALWAYS PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL IN THE PAST.WHILE IN THE WAITING AREA I WAS GREETED BY RAY GAGLIARDI WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD ME 3 OTHER CARS AND I ASKED HIM ABOUT END OF THE MODEL YEAR VEHICLES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE. I HAD BEEN CONSIDERING BUYING A SPECIFIC MODEL AND COLOR.HE DID NOT HAVE ONE ON THE LOT BUT PROMISED ME HE WOULD CHECK THE OTHER HERB CHAMBERS LOTS TO SEE IF THEY HAD THIS PARTICULR CAR.HE HAD SALESMAN ANDREW BEAULIEU ASSIST ME WITH GETTING A PRICE FOR MY TRADE AS WELL AS FOR THE NEW CAR.A FEW HOURS LATER MR. When purchasing a new vehicle, I found Maged, in sales, extremely helpful with his knowledge of Honda vehicles/products. His demeanor was pleasant & professional throughout the process of my purchase. He achieved his goal by focusing on my priorities for transportation and making sure everything went smoothly. Since this is just the start of the relationship with owning a Honda, let me say that I have all positive things to say about your Service Dept. Tim is usually the person who has helped me over the years, His calm reassuring manner and helpful attitude makes coming in for service a pleasure. I also see there is a team effort involved with making this dealership run at it's best. You see happy professional long time employees which can only say that the company takes care of them..... I love this dealership. I started driving my Honda CRV when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the service I received every time I brought my Honda into Herb Chambers of Seekonk. They were always friendly, always timely, and were great about keeping me informed as to what they were doing, why they needed to do it, and what to expect in the future. I cannot wait until the warranty runs out on my BMW so that I can buy another Honda and drive an hour to get it serviced in Seekonk. More

In particular, Tim Islip in the service department has been great to work with. I have other cars and have dealt with Toyota and VW service departments and get frustrated with inconsistency and dishonesty. Tim and other service department employees at Herb Chambers always make sure I understand what is needed, and work with me to make sure my car is safe and well maintained. I never feel taken advantage of at Herb Chambers. Regarding Sales, I worked with Homero Lima. He was wonderful, patient and helpful as I went through the process of deciding which car to buy. I ended up with a new CRV and I love it. This was not an emergency purchase, but because Homero was willing to work with me in a low pressure way, I was able to relax and make an educated purchase and feel good about it. I was also impressed with Scott Birtles, the general manager, who recognized me by name and made me feel very comfortable. I will be a continued customer of this dealership, and will be back when my other CRV is ready for trade in...currently at 160,000 miles and running great!!! More
