I have to say that up until our experience with Dean, the best car buying experience I've had was buying my last car from a friend of mine. His honesty, and straightforwardness was refreshing in a day when it's all about the numbers. He never pushed, listened intently to everything we had to say, and stayed late for us the night we had to pick up the car which I completely appreciated (and felt bad about.) Actually, several people including those in finance stayed late to get our transaction done. Overall this whole dealership is outstanding. As I told Dean the day I went to test drive our CR-V, the whole car buying experience generally is one of my least favorite things to do because of all the posturing that takes place. Not so at Herb Chambers. Dean was patient, listened very carefully, and more importantly just told it like it is which I like. My wife drives the CR-V, but I can assure you my next car will be a Honda and it will come from Herb Chambers. Loyalty goes a long way with me. Thanks again guys. More
