I saw my Honda online....met brian by accident as the 1st person was too busy...and asked Brian to handle me....tha it the salesperson maybe?????? He was only with them for about a month...knew everything there was to know about my car....and then some. When ever I have a question I have no problem getting it answered. I recently went on a trip to lascaster Penn. I questioned the percentage on my oil level. Brian ask me to bring it in for and oil change if I felt uncomforable driving another 500 miles with my oil level less then 30 percent. It took them less then a 45 minutes to change my oil and check the car out for a long trip. I didn't asked for that service but I was glad that my tire pressure was balanced and the car was washed and ready to go. My salesman is especially outstanding I usually get a e-mail or a phone at least once a month. And when I'm at the dealership he always finds a some time to see me and we get a chance to walk the lot and look at new cars. The service waiting area is very nice. As a diabetic I can count on something being available if my sugar level drops. I remember one day that I needed to leave the car for about 2 hours. The dealership was nice enough to drive me to my Aunts house about 2 miles away and picked me up when my car was ready. The driver was very nice and I enjoyed his company. My experience with Herb Chambers and Mike Rebola was by far my best car buying experience ever. We knew what car model we wanted and did our homework on what we should expect to pay for it. I had heard good things about Herb Chambers and they had the car we were looking for so I inquired about it. They got back to me within a few minutes with a price that was actually less than I expected to pay. And Mike was really great to work with. Everything was so well organized and professionally executed. I can't say enough about the experience and will definitely get back with Mike the next time we're ready for a new car. The other thing I liked about the experience was that they didn't try to push any of the extras on us. I'd had a bad experience on a previous car purchase (different brand and dealer) where they were overly aggressive about extras. That said, Herb Chambers offers extra services that would be good for some people but didn't put the hard-sell on us. They clearly put a tremendous emphasis on good customer experiences and they succeed very, very well. More
