Jeff conducted himself as a true professional, he was very knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, friendly, in no way put any pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile. It took me a couple visits and a few test drives to pick my car, and Jeff was patient and helpful in every step. He was not only knowledgeable but very honest in describing the performance metrics of a vehicle, allowing me to have more confidence in my purchase. Jeff made sure to make every step as smooth as possible and made sure the paperwork and other post sale stuff was done as quickly as possible, he even had a rim touch up done on the car before I picked it up. Throughout the whole process when I would talk to Jeff, I felt like I was talking to a friend who had my best interests in mind, and it truly impressed me how he went around my busy work schedule and even came in to the dealership when he was off duty.
