I'll start off by saying that this is the third vehicle we've purchased from Herb Chambers in the last 4 years. My wife and I purchased a Volvo XC90 from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. We were very pleased with the service we received at the dealership from start to finish. Maged Aboudib, in particular, was more than accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. As we all know, there are some compromises we make when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle (i.e. surface scratch here and there), but when we picked up our vehicle...it actually exceeded our expectations! It looked brand new and I was thrilled to purchase one of the safest vehicles on the market for my wife and daughter to drive in...and at a great price point compared to any other dealerships! I visited several Honda dealerships in the area when I decided to purchase my new CR-Z. Herb Chambers of Seekonk was the last dealership on my list. I happened to get Dean Morrissette as my salesperson, decided to purchase my new CR-Z. Herb Chambers of Seekonk was the last dealership on my list. I happened to get Dean Morrissette as my salesperson, and I feel very lucky that I did. From the start, Dean was extremely helpful, efficient, and focused on customer service. I never felt the "high pressure" salesmanship game that is so often prevalent in this industry. Dean obviously wanted to have a successful transaction, but was placing the most importance on whether or not he delivered great customer service, which he did. I will return to Herb Chambers of Seekonk as long as Dean is there. It is rare to find an honest, hard working sales person who values the customer's time and wishes, and Dean delivered on that in every one of our meetings. I will recommend him highly to my friends and family. More

Tony found evidence of minor overheating/corrosion from improper parking brake use (not me, probably my wife!). No $$$ brake job; simple fix by sanding down drums/pads. Braking is still quiet after two months; job done. Also, plastic shield broken and hanging down underneath (not my wife, certainly me backing over obstacle!). Rather than replace the part at $175, Tony repaired supporting areas w/ special wire/washers. This kind of service is important to me (or any customer) because the fixes were effective and inexpensive. Thanks Tony! Henry More
