I am not a person who enjoys dealing with sales people, but I have to admit that Mohamed Hussein made the experience relaxing to say the least. His low key, no pressure approach was refreshing. My friend, being stubborn as he is, had to go to a number of other dealerships and do "battle" with the sales representatives. When he finally relented and and went in to see Mohamed, the hard sales pitch didn't come. My friend was adamant that it was just a matter of time. When he drove his new CRV off the lot, he had to acknowledge the fact that he had a pleasurable experience dealing with Mohamed. I have dealt with Mike Rebola for years and will follow him anywhere he goes. I have bought about 10 cars from him. He makes you feel like family and just love buying my cars from him. I went into Herb Chambers looking for used car under a certain amount of money plus my trade. Andrew got me as close to where I wanted to be and I got the car I actually had been wanting for over a year n certain amount of money plus my trade. Once I picked up the cars I only had a few minor issues with the car I told Andrew about it and they took care of it without a problem. I contacted Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk via their website for a price quote. I received a quick response and the initial price was comparatively low, not the lowest, but still low. They were very responsive to my emails and questions. I went to the dealership on a Friday evening (their hours are great) and met with Medhi Barkouchi. After a few minutes we took a test drive. From there, we got down to the final figures on both the new vehicle and my trade in within just a few minutes. There was some back and forth obviously, but no pressure and a comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Once we agreed on the details, Medhi helped get the paperwork prepared and introduced us to the finance manager, Paul Zito. Paul fully explained all of the terms, options, etc. and quickly and efficiently completed the paperwork. Within 2 hrs we took a test drive, negotiated prices on new vehicle and trade in, completed the paperwork and arranged a time to take delivery of the vehicle. When we came back to pick up the vehicle, we were shown some of the car's features, provided with the final paperwork, and had the plates transferred to the car. The car looked perfect, inside and out! Overall this was an excellent car purchasing experience. Medhi was very nice to work with, they were respectful of our time, we felt we received a very fair deal, and there were no high pressure or questionable tactics. There were even a minor issues with our used car that we bought which he addressed immediately. We are hopeful to trade in our Pilot next year and will definitely go back to Andrew specifically.
