I came in to Herb Chambers about a 10 months ago, looking at the CRZ. I dealt with Rene then and he took me through the process and even though I was not ready to buy, he kept in touch throughout the year to at the CRZ. Recently, a used Civic at another dealership came available, so I went and checked it out there. I got a run around on pricing and walked out of there feeling a bit abused. This past Tuesday, I went in to Herb Chambers of Seekonk and asked for Rene again. He was a great, no pressure type salesman that most people only dream of working with when trying to buy a new car. He and Paul Zito worked on the numbers of the Civic I wanted and we were finally able to come together to make it work so that I could get out from under the behemoth I drive now and get myself into a leftover 2012 Civic Si. This will be my first new car and I hope to have it for many years to come, but I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of service I have received when I was buying my car with Rene and Paul. I purchased my car from this dealership in 2005 and had a decent experience. The dealership is a little out of the way for me so I never had my car serviced by them in the past. This week I had an unfortun decent experience. The dealership is a little out of the way for me so I never had my car serviced by them in the past. This week I had an unfortunate and nerve wracking experience while driving on the highway on my morning commute to school. Thankfully I was only a few miles away from this Honda dealership and prayed that I would just make it there o.k. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by Joel Piggot, a service advisor at this location. He was kind and courteous and quick to help me out. I am in a very intense accelerated nursing program at a university that is 85 miles away from my home. I had a full day of exams and lecture and being late to class would have resulted in me missing a ton of information. Knowing the situation Joel did everything he could to make my morning better. He got my car into service right away, he explained everything clearly and concisely, and worked to get me a loaner car so that I did not have to wait 45 minutes for the car rental business to open. I was in and out of there with a clean, fully gassed, loaner vehicle in under 15 minutes. In this day in age customer service is usually so far lacking. Joel epitomized what true customer service should look like. He was friendly, compassionate to my situation, knowledgeable, and competent. I was so impressed with how he handled my situation that morning and even more so when he called me ten minutes later to let me know the status of my repairs. It is usually the little things that can make all the difference and turn a bad situation into a better one. Herb Chambers should be very fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Joel working for them and he should be commended for his hard work, attention to detail, superb customer service skills, and for just being a downright good human being. After this experience I will now be having my car serviced at this location and will most likely be purchasing my next vehicle there! More

I went to Herb Chambers of Seekonk looking to purchase two vehicles - a truck/suv for myself and a family suv for my wife. I was directed to Andrew Beaulieu from a prior customer. I met with Andrew the Saturday of President's day weekend and he spent over 7 hours with me trying to get me what I needed. He easily could have rushed me through the process in order to get a chance for more sales - the place was FLOODED with people that weekend. But he sat with me the entire time, I test drove 6 different vehicles, and tried with everything he could to get me the deal I needed on both vehicles. In the end I had wasted basically all of his day, but went home with two excellent purchases that met the tight financial restrictions I had and got the ever difficult approval of the wife! Overall I had a great experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, I have recommended Andy to family and friends, and will definitely return looking for Andy on my next purchase. More

As we conversed I felt Herb Chambers would be the right place for me to start my car buying journey. As I entered into the facility I was greeted by not one but several individuals. Maged in sales also had a low keyed, cheerful demeanor, no pressure sales approach. Maged continued to share his knowledge with me and I was impressed Maged took the time to answer all my questions and I didn’t feel like I was rushed to make the purchase. Then I met Bill in finance, who also spent an exuberant amount of time disclosing all financial information to me. Now I'm thinking this is where they sell me all the extras. Bill educated me on the extras and allowed me to make a no pressure decision by showing me examples and options that would benefit me. One week later I’m am still elated about my purchase, I have no buyer’s remorse...had a great experience...Smile priceless!!.Thanks for making my car purchase a journey not a task.
