Jeff knew the type of vehicle I was looking for so he would keep in contact with me for months letting me know whenever the dealership had something he knew I would be interested in. Finally after searching their website a few months later I came across a Lexus es350 I called Jeff and he worked with my wife and I and we purchased the vehicle and we are very happy with it. I was highly impressed with the level of service I received from all three of them. They were friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They went well above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were completely happy and satisfied with our desicion. Needless to say we left the dealership with her new 2013 Honda CR-V EX. The vehicle upon delivery was in pristine condition, their willingness to explain the vehicle to my wife and myself was unlike anything that I had ever experienced before in my life and ensuring that we call them at any time with questions or concerns was very comforting to us. All members of the staff were friendly & knowledgable unlike other dealers where I felt staff were trying to intimidate & pressure us. Our salesman Mohamed was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept on contact with us to make sure we were happy. He even came in on his day off to make sure some minor touch ups to the car went smoothly. Every request we made was met with a "no problem" and he actually meant it. The manager Scott & Bill in finance also contributed to an overall positive experience. I didn't feel pressured to purchase unnecessary packages but also feel comfortable with the options I did choose. The overall feeling in the dealership is pleasant and professional without the bell ringing and gaudy signage you get at other places. More
