My salesman, Homero Lima, made the day and changed a bad experience from several years back to one of the BEST experiences that I won’t easily forget. Homero delivered excellent service, was knowledgeable about the product, and was patient with several of my questions. Plus he had a super professional and friendly demeanor. I came back to the dealership prior to my lease ending because I was to going over the stipulated mileage on my former lease. (I had a difficult year with my 80-year mom being in and out of the hospital four times. All of those extra trips added to the overage.) Homero eased my fears and was able to get me best deal and into a new 2014 Honda Civic for the same amount that I was paying for the previous lease. Truly amazing!! He made sure that I was happy every step of the way, coordinated the logistics and all the necessary paperwork with his superiors. What a wonderful blessing. I love my new car and I will spread the word about how great this dealership is with everyone I know. On a scale of 1-10, both Homero Lima and Herb Chambers deserve a 10. My husband and I had originally been in 2 weeks prior looking for a used vehicle. Russ stayed in contact with me during the two weeks it took me to make a decision on which car I wanted to buy. Even the day I was in the dealership I still had not decided. The fact that Russ was not pushy but was honest, friendly and funny made the experience an easy one. My daughter even "won" a prize for coloring such a great picture. Please let Russ know the bear is no longer called "Russell the bear" but instead Freddy. We will for sure be back in 10 months when my lease on my other Accord is up. I'm hoping Russ is still there to deal with, I would definitely recommend him if you are heading in to buy a car from Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk. More

Brian Delsesto the epitomy of customer satisfaction Recently I purchased my third Honda Civic Ex (a 2014) from Herb Chambers, with the sale of the last handled the last two vehicles handled by Brian De Recently I purchased my third Honda Civic Ex (a 2014) from Herb Chambers, with the sale of the last handled the last two vehicles handled by Brian Delsesto. I can not offer enough positive statements about Brian. I provided him with a list of options I wished to have, namely a moon roof and heated seats and Brain showed me the Civic Ex-L. The Ex-L was slightly outside of my budget, with the heated seats necessitating the jump from an Ex to the Ex-L. I really wanted the heated seats but had to stay with in budget. Not a problem Brian arranged for heated seats to be installed in the Ex keeping me within by budget and providing me with exactly what I wanted. This pleasant, articulate young man has gone the "extra mile" for me for my last two purchases. The technology incorporated in the 2014 Ex had jumped exponentially from the 2011 I had previously purchased. I was a little intimidated unfortunately, you see I am a dial up kind of guy in a wireless world. Not a problem! Brain was able to explain the capability and function in simple terms making its operation easy to use. He is well informed on the operation and capabilities of the vehicles. He took the time (without my asking him to) to synch my I-phone and program some data to get me started. Again, without my asking. As for the usual purchase process, brain had all the paperwork completed on my arrival to speed the purchase an delivery of new Ex. I have recommended Brain to coworkers, friends and family. As long as Brain \works for herb Chambers he will be my sole salesman. More

He did jump thru hoops to make sure I got the car that night. He needed the Finance Team and the Service Dept. team to help him and they did. In the meantime I ate ice cream (free from the showroom). We closed the shop. A few days later I returned to get my registration papers and got plenty of help as well. So I am happy Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk customer. More

From our first meeting and through out the purchasing process, Miguel makes the transaction very smooth and with his knowledge and willingness to follow through you cannot ask for a better representative in the Herb Chambers. Thank you doesn't seem enough to show our appreciation for the overall experience. After having a few bad experiences with other dealerships, it was so great from start to finish. Paul Zito was a joy to work with as far as the financing and for the 1st time I didn't feel like it was a drag to sign a lease agreement. Herb Chambers really gets it. It's all about the client and serve. No gimmicks. We were looking for used vehicles until we saw the add special for the 2014 CRV lease.
