EXCELLENT !!!! After having 3 unpleasant experiences at other dealerships I was very skeptical of visiting more. I am not sure who answered the call but she was extremely pleasant and made me feel comfortable. After explaining that I had been looking for a truck for three weeks and had no more time to spare she immediately booked a salesman to bring ME the car. What a great idea. Rancier arrived at my house exactly on time at 7:15pm. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the truck and the process to buy the car. By 2:30 the next date the car was mine. In perfect condition, clean and with no hassle at all. Even my mechanic was very impressed with the condition of the truck. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Danielle who had called and scheduled the appointment with me. I was introduced to salesperson Jordan Dutra. Jordan immediately inquired as to how he could help me, determined my needs as far as price, trade in value and financing options. and made my experience very easy. I then met with the sales manager and completed the paperwork. That afternoon I received a call that everything was approved and asked when did I want to pick up my truck. I wasn't able to schedule a day until the following week due to work commitments. They called back and said they would deliver my truck to me the following day. I live over an hour from the dealership and this was a huge convenience and time saver. More

His extensive knowledge was especially evident when compared to sales people at different dealerships. Rancier was available to answer questions via phone, text and email. He was even available when he was out of the office, which was especially helpful when trying to have questions answered in a timely fashion. After purchasing our Honda Odyssey Touring Elite, we realized that we had forgotten CDs in our trade-in vehicle. Rancier was kind enough to find them in the old car for us. Overall, we were drawn to this dealership by the competitive pricing and excellent customer service that far exceeded our expectations and their competition. If you want to buy a Honda, this is the place. I bought a CPO 2006 Civic from Herb Chambers in 2008. Overall, the process was straightforward with a few minor hiccups. They told me that they have "no haggle pricing" and couldn't negotiate at all. I wanted to think about it and test drive some other cars. Then they called me two days later, and offered me a price that was $1k cheaper. They told me that it had been sitting on the lot, and the general manager wanted to clear out some cars. There was also a little confusion over the warranty. They told me that it included a 5-year warranty, but then later (after I paid the deposit) told me that it was only the balance of 5 years. In order to make up for it, they offered me a lower rate on the loan. Overall, I got a great price on the car. It ran like a champ to 120K mi, when I traded it in. Service is OUTSTANDING. A little expensive, but reasonable considering it's the dealer. They are honest about not recommending too much service. Also, the waiting area is comfortable with a big TV, WiFi, popcorn, pastries, coffee, soda. And they always wash my car when I bring it in for service! My neighbor bought a Ford from a different dealer, and now he brings it to Herb Chambers for service. They do great work. More

Luckily, I was able to walk out with a NEW 2014 Honda CRV all wheel drive! ( Awesome for driving in the snow this winter! ) Special thanks to Russell Curran, you were more then helpful and friendly. YOU helped me get my new mommy car ( bigger and roomier! ) before my little addition arrives next year... making it 2! The room in this vehicle is great and awesome for 2 car seats. This CRV is perfect! Russell offered me a water he had and without hesitation told me to sit and relax while he moved my old cars junk in the trunk into my new car. It was very sweet! Thanks again. Also thank you Adriel for helping show me numbers, I was just trying to get the best deal, and I did! When I came in to pick up my registration there was this older gentleman who was very sweet and helped me on my way out of the service department. sorry, I cant think of his name .
